Scope of Services: Our bird control services include but are not limited to the installation of bird deterrent products such as spikes, nets, gels, and other appropriate methods to deter birds from roosting, nesting, or causing damage on the client’s property.
Quotations and Pricing: All quotations provided by our company are valid for a specified period and are subject to change based on the scope of work and any additional requirements requested by the client. Prices quoted are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment Terms: Payment terms are outlined in the quotation provided to the client. Unless otherwise agreed upon, payment is due upon completion of the services rendered. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: Any cancellation or rescheduling of services must be communicated to our company at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
Warranty and Guarantee: We provide a warranty on the products and services provided, details of which are outlined in the quotation. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period. Any damage caused by external factors or misuse is not covered under warranty.
Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our technicians and the property during the provision of services, we cannot be held liable for any damage or injury that occurs as a result of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
Access to Property: The client is responsible for providing access to the property for our technicians to perform the necessary services. Any obstructions or restrictions must be communicated in advance.
Client Cooperation: The client agrees to cooperate with our technicians and follow any instructions provided regarding the maintenance and care of the installed bird control products to ensure their effectiveness.
Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights associated with the bird control products and services provided remain the property of our company.
